If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 14 days upon receiving your item(s).

  • Standard Dresses

Full refund for all standard dresses.

  • Customized Dresses

For your reference, a dress is considered customized when additional changes are made to alter the original design and custom size. Customized dresses are not returnable. 

General Return & Exchange Process

1. Consult our customer service Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason.

2. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.

3. Refund you within 1-3 business days or prepare new items asap after we receive your returns. 

Size Problem:

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you up to 40% of the product purchase price (excluding shipping cost). Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. Copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.
